What is IOSA?
IOSA is IATA's global airline safety audit programme, covering 8 operational areas. IOSA registration is a prerequisite for IATA membership and interline agreements with most major carriers. An IOSA audit is conducted by IATA-approved audit organisations against the IOSA Standards Manual (ISM), which is updated every two years.
