About SIRAM

Built for the people who keep
regulated industries safe.

Built by people with deep roots in aviation, aviation safety, and enterprise software — SIRAM exists to make safety governance the most reliable system in any regulated operation.

Our story
The idea came from watching the same problem repeat itself: safety teams doing critical governance work inside spreadsheets, email threads, and PDF checklists.

The people behind SIRAM have spent decades inside the aviation industry — conducting IOSA audits, managing SMS programmes under ICAO Annex 19, filing mandatory occurrence reports per ICAO Annex 13. They knew the cost of that friction. Not just in wasted hours, but in governance gaps that created real risk.

SIRAM was built with a focused brief: create the safety governance platform that regulated industries deserve. One that embeds the regulatory logic directly into the workflow — so that compliance isn't a checklist you fill out after the fact, but a system that validates in real time.

SIRAM — Safety Incident Report Analysis & Monitoring — launched as the first product. Aviation first, where the stakes and the regulatory rigour are highest. Then construction, mining, maritime, and manufacturing.

"We are not building another safety software. We are building the governance infrastructure that decides whether safety decisions are valid."

The story behind the logo

Every element was chosen deliberately. The SIRAM logo is a visual statement of what we build and why.

The Gear — Systems & Governance
The gear represents systems thinking and operational governance. Safety is not instinct — it is engineered. The gear is the Governance Engine at SIRAM's core: structured, mechanical, reliable.
The Checkmark — Validated. Certain.
Not a completion tick. A governance validation — the visual equivalent of the 4-check audit: role verified, competency confirmed, scope defined, conflict cleared. It means: this decision has been validated, not just recorded.
Deep Navy & Five Stars — Australia
The deep navy echoes the Australian flag. The five stars are a reference to the Southern Cross — the constellation that guides navigation in the Southern Hemisphere, and the symbol on the Australian flag.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐   The Southern Cross · Our home base.
The name: Safety Incident Report Analysis & Monitoring. Every word intentional — from the moment an occurrence is filed through to the governance validation that closes it out.
What drives us

Vision. Mission.

🌏
Vision
A world where no preventable safety failure goes unlearned from.
Every incident, audit finding, and near-miss is a signal. SIRAM exists to make sure those signals are captured, analysed, acted on — and that the lessons reach the entire organisation, not just the person who filed the report.
🎯
Mission
To make safety governance the most reliable system in any regulated operation.
We build software that embeds regulatory logic, governance validation, and investigation methodology into daily workflows — so that compliance is not an audit-day exercise, but an always-on, always-auditable operating standard.
